Vaseline

Vaseline or Baseline as my daughter would say:)  I am  addicted and needs to purchase a big tub every month. I used it for EVERYTHING..

Because I have a dry skin, I mix Vaseline with my body lotions to give me that extra moisture.

I’ve come across some useful tips to that’s awesome to share:

·         Put a coat on your eyelashes before you go to be. Lots of people swear by this – and say it will make you lashes grow longer and thicker over time.

·         Put a coat of Vaseline on your feet at night.

·         Put Vaseline on your elbows every day – they will  stay soft.

·         Put Vaseline on your cuticles for softer and better looking cuticles.

·         Put Vaseline on chapped lips.

·         Use it as lip-gloss.

·         Maintains perfume scent longer when applied at perfume points before spritzing the perfume.

·         Moisturizes severe dry skin.

·         Can be used as makeup remover.

·         Protects skin exposed to adverse weather.

·         Applied under eye shadow it can create a shiny effect.

·         Use Vaseline on knees to prevent that dry, ashy look.

·         Mix with sea salts to make a scrub.

·         Warmed up can be used as a night cream.

·         Can be used to smooth and soothe skin after shaving.

·         Used in manicures under cuticles.

·         Use with your lipstick to create a cream blusher for you cheeks.

·         Tames eyebrows.

·         Defines eyelashes and leaves with a glossy and waterproof look.

·         Helps heal and protect new tattoos.

·         Can protect against harmful hair dyeing, perming and straightening chemicals when used as a mark around the hairline.

·         Use a time dab to put a quick shine on your shoes and bags.

·         Remove makeup stains from clothing.

·         Rub Vaseline on the neck of your nail polish bottles and they won't get stuck to the caps.

·         Remove false eyelash glue form your lash line.

Your hands plays an important  function as a  bridge to the world if you are one that “talk”
with your hands, they spend more time in the spotlight. It's important to wash your hands regular as it is exposed to all sorts of germs and dirt, but the frequent washing of them can also keep your hands dry, cracked and wrinkled if not taking care of them properly. And there’s nothing worse that hands looking much older than what you are.

Taking good care of your hands  can be fairly easy. There are things you can do every day to help your hands look and feel good. Develop a good routine and give your hands a helping hand.
Good moisturizers can help prevent or treat dry skin on your hands. They also help your outer skin act as a temporary protective shield. Many people like to use some sort of water-based lotion, but that may not be the best choice. Lotions may make your hands feel great at first, but the water will evaporate quickly, drying your skin anew.

Make wearing gloves part of your daily routine.  You might find wearing them uncomfortable at first, but it's worth the time. Wear gloves anytime you plan to use harsh cleaning products.

Keep disposable gloves like those used by medical professionals and food-service workers around the house also. If preparing onions, tomatoes or other strong or acid foods irritates your hands, the gloves can help. In cold weather, wear gloves when you go outside. It's not just to keep your hands from feeling cold. The gloves will also keep them from drying or chapping in the wintry air.
